A. 2 pet maximum per household
B. Shot records and proof of neutering/spayed
C. Cats must be at least 6 months old
D. Color photo of your pet
E. Dogs: breed restrictions apply

$200.00 Non-refundable "Pet Addendum Fee" for 1 pet
$300.00 Non-refundable "Pet Addendum Fee" for 2 pets
